"I had the pleasure of working with Aspen Grove Construction/Andrew Todsen on not 1 but 2 flood renovations. Shortly after moving into a new home I had a flood that resulted in the removal of drywall, flooring, cabinets etc. I called Andrew and with his support was able to do some additional renovations within the overall restoration plan to enhance and improve the layout, soundproofing and overall use of the space. During this process I had a flood in the neighbouring unit and my tenants moved out.
